Municipality of Águeda awarded with the Sustainability Seal

The Municipality of Águeda, member of the Platform, was awarded with the Sustainability Seal, it was given the gold level for the good practice in the area of sustainbility.

The Municipality of Águeda has been developing a wide range of initiatives and projects that, in a direct or indirect way, promote the sustainable mobility in the city council. 

The Intermunicipality Mobility and Transportations of the Region of Aveiro Plan (PIMT - RA) defines the strategy of regional intervention. 

The EMS 2020 Águeda fits in the municipal and european worries of promoting a inteligent, sustainable and inclusive growth, developing the proposals of the PIMT - RA on a municipal level and to lay down the intervention plan for the horizon 2020.
