Area of Innovation and Sustainability at Techdays 2018

From October 11 to 13, in the Aveiro Fair and Exhibition Park, Techdays visitors were able to find, in the space of the Sustainable Habitat Cluster, the innovative products and projects, with a focus on sustainability, of the members who wanted to participate in this collective exhibition as a showcase of existing solutions.

Visit of the Colombia Delegation

The Sustainable Habitat Cluster received in its collective space at Techdays representatives of the Chamber of Commerce of Cali (Colombia) and organized meetings between these and some of its associates on days 11 and 12. Twelve associated companies of the cluster met with the Colombian delegation in order to deepen their market penetration.

Techdays B2B Meetings

Another successful event hosted by the Sustainable Habitat Cluster on Techdays on October 12.

At these bilateral B2B meetings, participants seeking solutions in diverse fields of technology, innovation, circular economy, digitization, mobility and smart and sustainable cities had the opportunity to have several meetings of their choice and find the right partners for their business, including the cluster members who attended the event.

Workshop on "Circular Economy"

Also on October 12 took place a workshop on Circular Economy organized by the cluster for Techdays and where Victor Ferreira, President of the Sustainable Habitat Cluster, moderated the panel and debate among experts on this topic. With more than 150 participants, it was possible to approach subjects as diverse as Ecodesign, products to circular services, business models and circular cities. The workshop was also attended by the Deputy Minister of the Environment, Dr. Inês Costa.
